Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers about booking, event planning, and how World of Musicians works.
Booking an artist
How do I book an artist through World of Musicians?
Browse the Artists Directory or the Artist Portal, then send us an inquiry with your event details. Our team will coordinate availability, pricing, and logistics directly with the artist's management.
How do I ask about a specific artist?
Every artist on the site has a WOM code (for example WOM-1005), shown next to their name. Mention that code in your inquiry and our team will know exactly which artist you mean.
How is the price for an artist decided?
Fees depend on the artist, your event date, location, set length, and technical requirements. Share your event details in an inquiry and our team will come back to you with availability and a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings and large-scale events, to secure your preferred artist's availability.
Your event
What types of events do you support?
Weddings, corporate events, concerts, hospitality engagements, and full event management — across solo performers, live bands, DJ services, and more.
What details should I share in my inquiry?
The more we know, the faster we can help: your event date, city and venue, type of event, expected audience size, the kind of act you're looking for, and a budget range if you have one.
Can you help if I'm not sure which artist suits my event?
Yes. Tell us about the occasion, the crowd, and the mood you want, and our team will suggest artists from the directory that fit your event and budget.
About World of Musicians
Is World of Musicians the management or agency for the artists listed?
No. Having a listing or profile on this website does not mean the talent is affiliated with or endorsed by us. We are solely a booking agency for paid events and are not the agency or management for any celebrity or artist featured here.
Can I request a donation of an artist's time or a media interview?
We do not process requests for donations of time, media interviews, or provide celebrity contact information. All inquiries must relate to paid event bookings.
Why don't artist profiles show full names or contact details?
Artist profiles are shown with a WOM code instead of full personal and contact details. All bookings go through our team, so every request is handled and coordinated in one place.
